About

About urvi

I've reinvented more times than I can count, on purpose. The world stopped rewarding one career for life, and range is now the edge: it's what lets me see the whole board when most people only see their piece. Every reinvention taught me how the pieces move, which is exactly what I bring to yours.

The story

For two decades I built new things inside Fortune 10 companies: AT&T, IBM, Coca-Cola, Walmart. The kind of things that did not have a playbook yet. Stand up what does not exist, get the people and the processes right, make it run, then do it again somewhere harder.

Twelve years ago I went out on my own to do that same work for leaders and organizations. The throughline never changed: see what is coming before it is obvious, and build for it before everyone else catches up. Almost no one looks at all of it at once, the org, the sell, the market, the people. I always have. That is the whole game.

The proof

I am the proof

I do not teach getting to what's next from theory. I have lived it, over and over, and helped hundreds of leaders do the same. More than 400 executive engagements. Every reinvention taught me how the pieces actually move, and how to move them on purpose instead of by accident.

The range

The range is the point

I'm a third culture kid, equally at home in a Dallas boardroom and a strategy session halfway around the world. A master connector who usually knows the person you need to meet. An endurance athlete: two half Ironmans, triathlons, marathons, long rides. A nomad who finally has a base.

Home is the anchor, not the boundary. The range is not a side note. It's why I can see how the pieces fit when most people only see their own.

Own Your Pause

Separately, I'm building Own Your Pause, for the biological transitions women move through and rarely talk about. Launching September.
